  • Breakfast: Greek yogurt with berries and granola, whole-wheat toast with avocado and scrambled eggs.
  • Lunch: Grilled salmon with roasted vegetables and quinoa salad, lentil soup with whole-wheat bread.
  • Dinner: Chicken stir-fry with brown rice and mixed vegetables, turkey chili with cornbread.
  • Snacks: Fresh fruits and vegetables with hummus, nuts and seeds, low-fat yogurt with fruit.
